Our pet training and pet's plus program take the dog and the owner through levels of learning. Each level prepares the dog to handle more pressure that creates conflict, and the conflict resolution process gives the dog the ability to make decisions based on the owner's needs.

Compulsion forces the decision, the dog learns to "beat the correction" and responds out of fear of correction. It pattern trains a dog but does not teach a dog to learn.

Purely positive never creates conflict in a dog. Just follow the food. Another form of pattern training for a dog (and owner) and never creates a reliable dog that learns to manage the pressure life creates.

The training of the dog owners, from the vast majority of all other dog trainers, appears to be nothing more than "monkey see, monkey do" (more pattern training) Humans are harder to train than dogs are and training methods MUST transfer to the owner, or the owner wasted his money and time. Puppies can no longer be imported into the United States as of August 1st, 2024. 6 months old is the youngest now as rabies vaccines are REQUIRED for import with oversight of the CDC. Our answer: Since the first 16 weeks are the absolute most critical in working-line dogs and our Foundation Dog training starts puppies out at 8 weeks old, we developed a world class breeding program. German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois, Dutch Shepherds and coming next year, Labrador and Golden Retrievers.

With each new award and accolade (another big one is coming next month) we stop and ask ourselves "how can we do better?"
