Masters in Pet Training: July 21 - August 9th will be the next Masters class in Pet Training. You must be a Top Tier K9 certified Pet Trainer in good standing to qualify. It is recommended that you have trained a minimum of 30 pets using the Top Tier K9® techniques and methods of training that helped us earn the recognition as the world's greatest dog training company.

Next Pet Trainer Class: The next Pet Trainer class begins July 10th. This is the entry-level class to prove you have what it takes to be a professional dog trainer. The majority of the seats in our Pet trainer classes are already taken through our existing network. Franchisees and their staff get priority, followed by the approximately 100 dog training locations we support across the nation. But, there is still hope for 4 quality individuals who want to learn the best methods of training and live in communities that do not currently have a Top Tier K9 Franchise. These are competitive seats and priority is given to craftsmen seeking to enter the dog training industry from another industry, such as HVAC, welding, auto repair, computer services, healthcare, education, insurance, and more.

Our focus is to bring professionals into the dog training industry to support our mission, training dogs and their owners, emptying shelters, and making a better life for dogs. We like people, we love dogs, and we want smart, hardworking professionals to choose the world of dog training as an option for their futures. Background checks and interviews will be required for these 4 slots per quarter.

Golden Retrievers

Litters on the Ground: We have only 2 Golden Retrievers left in our current litters on the ground. The pups are 4 weeks old this Sunday, and your training (and theirs) begins June 14th. Each puppy is included with the purchase of a training package. You participate in that Foundation Dog® training each Saturday for the duration of your training plan (Tier 1 through Tier 3). Each tier level is 4 weeks long, and you pick up your trained puppy on the last day of the Tier you select. This is live online through our Academy for Dog Trainers.

German Shepherd dogs will be available at the end of summer, following the same Litters on the Ground training protocols. Priority is given to Top Tier K9 Franchisees for finishing these dogs as service dogs, protection dogs, and/or special security dogs. The second priority is for students enrolled in our Foundation Dog Trainer program to learn to train working dogs and turn these pups into their demo dogs for their dog training businesses.

Foundation Dog® Trainer Class: The next Foundation Dog Trainer class begins June 14th for the current Golden Retrievers. Following that will be the 8-week age of our GSD litter. Each litter launches the next Foundation Dog trainer class.

Foundation Dogs® on Hand: We have a few Tier 3 Foundation Dogs available for customers and one Tier 4 dog. Each Litter, we keep back a couple of pups for use in our Trainer programs. This allows our students to see us working with puppies from the same litters they are using in the school.
