Top Tier K9 adds Public Relations Expert to Assist with Growth

Top Tier K9 welcomes our newest addition to the team, Maj. J. G. Bombard – USAF, his MOS as a PAO (Public Affairs Officer) will be a great asset to the growth and success of Top Tier K9.


Maj. Bombard brings to the table the gifted ability to be able to tell the story of the organization he is serving, as the official channel for both internal and external
communications. He has been trained to be effective at both written, verbal and visual communications, skilled in dealing with all forms of media from traditional broadcast networks to social media and always vigilant that information provided does not jeopardize national security or trade secrets.

Maj. Bombard holds a BFA in Advertising and Marketing, and has been affiliated with USAF since birth, his father also a 22 year veteran of the USAF. The Major, was looking for a change, and wanted to use his talents, while continuing to serve in this awesome industry of working dogs to assist with providing protection to the Nation that he defends to this day, so we are excited about this new relationship that has evolved.


The Major will:

  • Develop liaison and working relationships with media representatives, civilian organizations, government agencies as well as Reserve and active duty units in all branches.

  • Plan communications to ensure military and civilian members are informed about current events and activities at Top Tier K9.

  • Direct program activity of Television service, media services and conference activities.

  • Direct operation of newspapers, websites and other communications channels. 

  • Plan communication strategies to correct misunderstandings, problems or friction that may develop.

  • Maintain a positive and effective image and message pertaining to Top Tier K9.

  • Ensure that all communications between the military and Top Tier K9 will maintain integrity and information shared will protect national security at all cost.
